1. Acceptance and scope

These terms govern your use of sanug.com.tr (the "Site"), operated by Sanug Teknoloji A.Ş. ("SANUG", "we", "us"), Akarca Mah. Mustafa Kemal Blv. No: 173B, 48300 Fethiye / Muğla, Türkiye. By using the Site you accept these terms. They apply to the Site only; products and games published by SANUG are subject to their own terms, made available within each product or on its own website.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, overload or interfere with it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server or any connected system, and you may not use automated tools to copy or collect content from the Site beyond what ordinary search engine indexing requires.

The SANUG name and logo, and the names and logos of the products and games presented on the Site, belong to Sanug Teknoloji A.Ş. Unity is a trademark or registered trademark of Unity Technologies or its affiliates in the U.S. and elsewhere; this website is not sponsored by or affiliated with Unity Technologies or its affiliates. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. Other names of third-party technologies and products mentioned on the Site, such as Pokémon GO, belong to their respective owners and are used only for reference; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

4. Information you send us

Information submitted through the contact form or newsletter sign-up must be accurate and must not infringe the rights of others. Do not send confidential information unless we have agreed in writing to receive it. We may decline to respond to requests that are abusive, unlawful or unrelated to our work.
